I love the creative, intuitive practice of yoga! I am so grateful for the way in which it has refined and delivered me into a more authentic experience of unfolding and expressing who I really am....on and off the mat!
Within the Divine Design of your being, you are hardwired for what I call a "direct connect" to an inner guidance system. It speaks to you of a Truth…and from deep within, as you listen in earnest, without expectation...you feel and know you are here for something wonderful!
At your core, you are a freedom frequency keeper, here to light up the whole of creation with your unique spark of the Divine!
Yoga is an amazing way to remember this bigger Truth. You are meant for expansion...and above all, you are here to shine!
I am a practitioner first and foremost!
The joy, the fun, the freedom...and the deep, quiet awareness that STILL comes to me from getting on my mat, tuning in to inner guidance, toning with my crystal bowls and practicing the art of giving/receiving intuitive touch always leaves me more connected and stokes my heart to share these magical insights with you through my offerings.
